Holy cow! I just did a little putting practice drill where I measure out a 4-foot putt — and I place a dime there. I take 5 balls and see how many times I can hit the dime. I do this 10 times for a total of 50 shots. I usually score in the mid 40’s plus or minus a few. After taking some TUNE UP I made 50 out of 50!! First time ever! It was like I had “the force” with me or something… I just stayed dialled-in!
Like playing golf in HEAVEN! Wow! I felt absolutely fantastic, and stayed in the moment for every swing that I made. I seemed to have the best clarity and mental awareness that I’ve ever had on the course. I was able to compute all of the data needed for each shot very easily, and arrive at exactly what I needed to do… I would visualize it… and then I would stay committed to my shot with absolute confidence. TUNE UP is a game changer!
OK, this was incredible… I had a TUNE UP shot about an hour before going to the range and practicing my short game. I placed colored markers on a very large chipping green and I aimed at them from various distances to sharpen up my chipping accuracy. It was uncanny… I could hit the marks (or within an inch or two) at will! I would just tell myself which stroke length and direction, program that thought in my head, and simply pull the trigger! It was like playing a video game, so easy! I just knew I could hit the target!
It took away my Sciatica pain! Amazing! I have had this annoying Sciatica pain down my right leg that has really affected my game… but when I took a shot of TUNE UP before my game it was gone! What’s more is I felt absolutely fantastic and I kept my focus on all my shots! I didn’t blow one shot and shot a 76, which is the first time I’ve broken 80 in almost a year!
Honestly? I felt that TUNE UP helped with both my focus and my feel. I would never feel groggy or have brain fog, I felt my ability to focus for those short, more intense moments were done without difficulty. To play this game at a high level, you have to have a sharp mind. The golf course is a VERY fluid environment, and you have to be perceptive, acknowledging the changes, whether it is wind, temp, moisture, or something within yourself; fatigue, excitement, adrenaline. Everything has to be factored in when selecting each shot played. I felt when I had taken the product, my mind worked very well, and on top of processing, I was able to still be mentally present for each shot… So it allowed me to make that choice, focus on solely that shot, that moment, and execute to the best of my ability.
One VERY NOTICEABLE effect for me when I took TUNE UP was my energy level and lack of soreness. I know very well my level of pain (more like soreness) and stamina after a round of golf. After playing 18 holes, even when driving in a cart I am ready for the 19th hole and am a bit stiff while taking off my golf shoes and when getting out of the car after driving home. We had to walk this course and pull along the cart with our golf bags, and that generally expends more energy. When we finished... I felt like I could walk around for another full 18 holes! I felt great! Also, as the weather clouded over and the temperature dropped it got quite cold and I only had shorts and a very thin shirt, so I was getting cold as we had to wait on almost every tee. So for the final holes I did 50 push-up every second hole on the tee box, to keep warm --- so I did 200 push-ups on the final holes... and I still had tons of energy at the end. After driving home I felt so good I did 6 sets of curls, rowing, and extensions with some weights. I felt great!
I don't take medication or supplements very often and I rarely can tell any noticeable difference when I do —but in the case of the TUNE UP, I found that when standing over a shot, at the moment I was making my actual shot.... I was very clear and focused. I am a very analytical golfer and I will assess 3 or 4 key aspects of a shot, and then settle on one swing thought for my execution.... but my mind will wander and get clouded with some of the other swing shots. So in the moment of EXECUTION I won't be fully committed and I end up BLOWING THE SHOT (Hit it thin, or fat, or sub-optimal). When I took TUNE UP my FOCUS was very dedicated on pretty much every shot I ended up shooting 3 over on the front nine and 3 over on the back nine. My ball striking was extremely good for all my clubs and I would have scored much better if the greens had not just been punched.
TUNE UP definitely provided me with a calm and quiet mind for some lengthy periods of time. I felt calm and relaxed with some added task focus. I practiced putting for 4 hours to see if I could focus mentally and physically for that period of time. I felt physically awesome over the ball for that period of time, mind was super calm and felt like I didn’t have any distracting conscious thoughts throughout the duration. I was really engaged into the tasks sub consciously and felt really levelled. This will be very important in my journey to qualify for higher golf tours.
